Armenian tahini bread

Rolled out and getting its coating.

Rolling into one long cylinder. Then cut in half lengthwise, then into quarters, then thirds for 12 portions. Roll each one out again for smaller cylinders, enough to wrap around to make a small disk.

Like this, in action.

First one complete. Then palm down the top to flatten out a bit on the parchment paper.

12 portions ready for the oven.

Hmm. Only 9 left cooling. Where did the other 3 go so quickly? They can be rewarmed later on when getting served, for those which survive the initial temptation.
