marc's braised short ribs with celery root crema and garnish

well, it looks like pretty dead meat, eh? falls apart with the touch of a fork. notice the spice bouquet in the middle.

bob forgot to make the elegant serving shot, but after pulling apart the meat and sampling, remembered to recompose at least a real people's food shot of the plated dish. served with truffled salted white asparagus, brown jasmine armenian style rice and onion, butter, salt and peppered frozen succotash veggies from Trader Joes. Unseen is our usual arugula salad awaiting the clearing of the plate.
