boursin fig jam pistachio appetizer

appetizer from one of her work friends. bob loved it. More than the rest of the
guests. And the recipe is so simple.
ingredients
- some boursin with garlic and fine herbs
- some fig jam
- some (unsalted) pistachi nuts, naturally halved
instructions
- Spread a thin layer of the boursin cheese on the appropriate appetizer
plate.
- Spread that with a thin layer of good fig jam.
- Sprinkle evenly enough pistachi nuts on top to imitate the illustration
photo linked below.
